AVG!?

So I reinstalled windows from the actual os and I clicked on the delete my apps and files option (The 1st one on the list). But when I opened internet explorer for the first time AVG search was the homepage. Why is this?

I'm pretty sure IE settings are synced with your Microsoft account on 8.1 and 10.
