which one of the geforce gtx 980 ti should I buy?

"MSI and Zotac are the companies you should be looking at for the 980Ti."

I have settled down on zotac but which one is better performance wise the extreme or or omega edition?

Oh, what did they say?

 

They said "ASIC 68 percent, terrible, got the same temperatures as my GTX 980ti Gaming G6, I want to send it back" it was something like that, I will wait for a review though, so I would not choose it at the moment.
