Which mini itx board?

Hey,

 

I am looking for a new motherboard for my mothers computer, because she is moving to a smaller appartment and then she doesn't want to have a large pc case. So she has now a core i3 2100, 8gb ram, bequiet 350 watt, scythe big skuriken II cpu cooler, msi b75ma-p45  ( Link : http://www.msi.com/product/mb/B75MA-P45.html ) motherboard in an antec sonata II case. I have already an other case to put her pc in it is an coolermaster elite 120. Only I have to buy an new motherboard. The board my eye felt on is the msi B75IA-E33 ( Link : http://www.msi.com/product/mb/B75IA-E33.html ). What are you guy's thinking is this a good replacement for the board my mother has now?
