Best Fan Control Software?

So...here is my plan for the setup of my fans:

(4) be quiet! Silent Wings 2 NON PMW (3 in front and 1 in rear)

(2) be quiet! Silent Wings 2 PMW (for X61 KRAKEN AIO)

I am not sure if I want to drop that much cash on fans so I may switch them over to the Fractal Venturi HF-14 and HP-14, respectively.

Now the PMW fans will be controlled through the NZXT CAM software obviously (unless someone thinks there is a better program for that).

However, what is the best way to control the 4 NON PMW case fans?

MSI has a Command Center app that lets you do fan control and maybe I can use that, but I wasn't sure if there was something better.

I don't mind paying for software btw.

Speedfan offers a lot. It is just not intuitive to setup. You should check if your mobo can control all the headers you want to hook up to. Mine can only control the PWM ones (and that POS was 140 bucks ... damn).

I have an MSI M7 ($230 motherboard). I have (2) PWM headers (CPUFAN1~2) and (3) Voltage headers (SYSFAN1~3).

The PWM fans for my cooler are hooked up to a splitter that go to the CPUFAN1 spot of course. The exhaust fan (NON PWM) will go to SYSFAN1 and the 3 front fans (NON PWM) will go to SYSFAN3 (I will use a three to one splitter). My NON PWM fans can bet controlled (from 50-100%) in MSI Command Center

The best fan control is provided by Asus mobo's (Asus Fan Xpert)!

bios control works pretty well on most boards, sounds like msi command center would probably be your best bet.  I prefer speedfan as it gives you the most options for control but like GER_T4IGA said, its not very user friendly.  most bios control wont allow you to set fan speed by gpu temps, only cpu/mobo temps which turns me off of them.
