Mouse lights wont turn off

When i turn off my pc my mouse lights, my mouse is a finalmouse 2015, dont turn off. I have a asus cg8270 motherboard(it came from a prebuilt pc) and windows 8. pls halp.

Have you tried unplugging the mouse?

Have you tried unplugging the mouse?

if i unplug the mouse the leds turn off but thats not convinient to do

it is kinda normal i guess. power off your whole rig. i have g502 and previously have ss sensei and both with lights on if i touch it after shut down.

it is kinda normal i guess. power off your whole rig. i have g502 and previously have ss sensei and both with lights on if i touch it after shut down. 

ye but it is on even if i dont touch it and unplugging the whole rig is annoying

just turn off the switch to the psu of pc won't work?

just turn off the switch to the psu of pc won't work?

it works but im not gonna do it every time i turn the pc off,, my pc psu switch is in an annoying to get to place

usb 3.0 or 2.0 you are connected to. try usb 2.0. saw somewhere at tomshardware last time i search about it. i didn't try it tho.
