Don't cheap out and buy a PSU included. I don't care if your budget is $200 or $2000 you don't do that!

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

It's okay to cheap out on case, but PSU you should really not. What board size does it need to fit?

Micro ATX

No. If you're spending £15 on a PSU, it's going to be made for around £8, you may as well say goodbye to your system.

Micro ATX isn't particularly SFF, so you're going to have to settle for a small tower really. Something like a Fractal Design Core 1100 is a good choice. Less than £30 http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00KXXZS74/?tag=pcp0f-21

This is the PSU I would recommend. http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/Non-Modular+650W+or+less/550W+XFX+Pro+Core+Edition+80PLUS+Bronze+Power+Supply+%5BP1-550S-XXB9%5D+?productId=53990&source=pcpartpicker
