USB3 Issues

This morning I was getting some shit of my external hard-drive, downloading some drivers and after I restarted my pc the USB 3 ports from the front and back stopped working. If I plug-in a usb or a hard-drive, the light turns on showing its got power, but that's about it. 

Mobo is a gigabyte 970a-d3p running on windows 10.

 

Note:the standard usb ports are working perfectly fine
