Emby Remote Access

I have used Emby for a bit as a local streaming solution....hosting to a PS3 and/or Xbone...but I recently have become more interested in the remote access side of things and have messed with it alittle bit...to no success at all and am basically so confused that have decided to turn to people that have more an idea of what to do...
 

Ports are forwarded and tested that they are open.  Past that I have tried tons...not knowing if I was helping it or not so...no connection from remote, local works perfect :S

 

Help the confused.
