I have $300 CAD for an upgrade, what should I get?

It's a tossup between a new cpu or new gpu imo, though it doesn't seem like 300 is enough to get much improvement over the 8350. So I'd go for a new gpu.

You can get a more recent GPU and maybe better looking ram, and if i want to be picky a different MB, i would say 70%

ditch the 270x and get a 290 or a 290x if you can find one cheap enough.

or get a dual channel kit of ram and an SSD to boot from. (SSD's make a huge difference)
