Find a benchmark for CPU AND GPU

i want to use a great FREE benchmark that with both test my cpu gpu and ram and so on. I also want to test if my computers cooling can handle the heat. thanks

cinebench? doesnt do ram though and just have something like openhardware monitor running while you run the benchmark for temps

I use 3d mark, but that wont benchmark memory. although there is a free version on steam, so long as you are running 1080p, as it will not let you run extreme or ultra (1440p, or 4k benchmarks)

I think PCMark lets you benchmark RAM.

Aida64 can do Multiple CPU sections,ram , cache, disks and gpu all at once if you choose to.

Not sure if the trial version will show you all the values you need though...

If stress testing is functional.

Then have temp monitoring progs like gpuz and realtemp/coretemp for the cpu to see changes. Msi Afterburner once setup...sometimes allows to see cpu temps/usage as well as gpu. So there is that.
