Best budget silent keyboard?

So recently my family is getting annoyed by how annoyingly loud my keyboard is.. I'm looking for a budget silent keyboard (membrane I think) correct me if wrong.. My price range is $30 to $50. USD

Cooler Master Octane? Or,if CherryMX Reds sell for that cheap.

Try O-rings. They significantly reduce the 'clack' of a mechanical switch.

It's still decently loud, I put o rings on mine and people still complain about how loud it is. I have an Alienware Membrane keyboard spare too though.
