twitch streaming problem

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove blurryness from the stream. I have a really good internet connection but the stream keeps being blurry, only when i move my mouse around my stream gets blurry but when its only showing a cs go lobby as an example it is good quality smile.gif 

This is my specs:

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 3.50GHz
Haswell 22nm Technology
RAM
8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 800MHz (10-10-10-30)
Motherboard
