Hi,

I'm nearly 100% certain that this PSU will be able to hold a 970 overclock with this rig, but need 100% clarification:

i wouldnt over do it on the overclock but yea, you should be fine

Yeah, as I stated in your other thread, your system will draw less than 300wDC, non-OCed. That will give you plenty of room to overclock
