Ok first off yes i have had a few drinks, now on to the good stuff.

Here is my case and a representation of what's in it.

 the black lines represent the case power supply and drive cage. The swiggly black is the CPU cooler :D

The Red represents a fan in my case and the Green represents the direction of Air currently.

My GPU is a closed card exhausting air out of the case as well.

The Purple represent a un used fan mount and the round purple is a fan mount on the side panel.

I want you guys opinions on how my system is atm and if i should change any thing.
I do have fan filters

Oh and the PSU gets air from the bottom of the case out side it and blows it strait back out so yeah it doesn't affect the case at all.

Desktop: CPU: I7-5820K GPU: 980Ti, 750Ti PhysX Mobo: MSI X99A SLI PLUS RAM: 4x4 Kingston DDR4 2400MHz OS: Win10
Storage: 250GB Samsung Evo, 3TB WD Black and Green FIRESTRIKE, Reason for dedicated PhysX Card.

Peripherals: Screen: 3x BenQ VZ2350 Mouse: Razer Naga Keyboard: Some Dell Thing Sound: Razer Tiamat, 5.1 Logitech Surround Speakers

Seems fine to me.

that airflow is good

 

cool air from the front bottom

 

hot air out from the rear top

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

seems ok to me

 

My QX6800 runs at 60 degrees at load with the stock Intel cooler

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Those are good temps. You are fine with them. Only thing that you might think to add is side intake, if thats above GPU. But it won't have significant effect on cooling since you can only go so low on air.
