Laptop having issues turning on

Yeah its a windows 10 laptop i can't take the battery out.

I can't get into the bios it just goes into the log in screen I was able to get into it earlier

So I turned it on logged in the graphics driver crashed and It just turned off

return back the laptop

 

the mobo prob is the problem

I just bought a inspiron 13.3 inch laptop with a 6500u, 256 gig ssd, 8 gigs of ram, and a touchscreen.

I'm having a problem with the laptop turning on and then off when I press the power button and then the second time it will turn on normally

What happens is I turn it on and then it will turn off as soon it is on the log on screen or before

 

 

Press and hold f8 while you restart your computer and boot into safe mode.

After you are in safe mode hit the start button (bottom left) and then search for "event viewer", tell me if there are any errors there and what the error ID is.

sounds like a Windows 10 laptop

 

when did you buy the laptop?

 

i say bring it back to the shop and tell them the issue

 

were you on battery or on AC power

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
