MSI Gaming SLI Bridge 3 way and 4 way

Hello

 

Does anyone actually know when these will release, they were announced at Computex and I have not heard anything about it since Computex, they released the 2 way SLI bridge, what about the 3 way and 4 way though

I'm still trying to figure out how to buy the 2 way bridge and not pay 60 bucks for shipping. <.>
