First PC build $700 budget

I am a new pc Gamer. I don't yet have a pc, but I know its kinda lame to buy a built one. I have a budget of 500-730. I would love tips, maybe parts list. I assume you guys know better then me so help me out anyway possible please!!

Keyboard and mouse and monitor will be about $160 ish. So $540... Um maybe expand the budget $60-$70? Since it will help,us from not having to try and cheap out in every little area.

I could probably go up to 800 but I have an old keyboard and mouse that might work but I would prefer to get designated gaming ones, but the monitor doesn't have to be the best.

This is rock solid also. I'd personally go for MSI or Sapphire for the GPU but Powercolor is very good aswell.

The i5 will eat the i3 I have in gaming. :)

Between the CoolerMaster Case and NZXT one choose whatever you like more. $2 difference and is a matter of preferance.

I was just going with the cheapest :P I would prefer other brands and models but for the price ya know...

You can get Linux for free or get Windows 10 for like $50 off of reddit. Create a USB bootable drive ( Reslly easy, just download the software on the microsoft website ) and bam. Maybe even SteamOS?
