Did you clear and not restart the browser? Also open the certificate yourself and check it out yourself. After you reopen the browser check again, if it happens again, just proceed.

Reinstalled chrome , that showed up again .

I'm guessing you have already clicked back to safety and retried, and/or even tried clicking proceed to xxx.com(unsafe) and tried opening the site again after closing it down? Chrome sometimes gets SSL certificates messed up.
