Gaming PC For 1200$ !?

Hey guys,
I want to change my PC with a new better gaming one. The problem is that I have a really small budget (Max. 1200$). Can you please help me to choose the best parts at the best price ?
I wanted something like this:

1.Case - NZXT Switch 810 Mate Black Edition
2.MB - MSI Z77A-G45
3.CPU - Ivy Bridge Core i5 3570K
4.CPU Cooler Corsair H80i
5.GPU - EVGA nVidia GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked
6.PSU - CORSAIR GS700 700W
7.SSD - Kingston V300 240GB
8.HDD - Seagate 1TB

But it is way more expensive.

I would like to hear your ideas.
Thanks.

$1200 isn't a very small budget, that's pretty much upper mid range. Where will you be buying from? And will you ONLY be gaming? Do you need peripherals or OS in the budget?

This right here, if you're buying from the US.

Not a really balanced build

You can get all the parts except for the GPU , Wait a few weeks for the AMD Radeon 9000 series to be launched and get something like a 9950 instead of the GF card displayed in the build.

Also case is really expensive but it's really a preference i understand you like it very much and that's why i kept it in the build

My other one is also more expensive and is $1300 before rebates.

Yes, true and I changed yours a little http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1t81n

Don't understand why you guys are going for a 4670K with a Gaming PC. The 8320 will perform really similar in games as you guys know..

Yes, I agree

Same though but the OP went with it to begin with--might as well please him.

Haswell has better mobos though.
