Im using some ASUS powerline adapters. But when i start up my machine, I don't connect to the internet for about 1 minute. Im guessing that the powerline is taking that miinute to start itself up. Why is that? Should i buy a 2nd router(just a cheap router) so i can keep the powerline on at all times and increase wifi range?(my house is small either way)

The networking process within Windows is one of the last services to start up, which might be the issues. I assume you are leaving the powerline adapters online all the time correct?
