Best usb wireless adapter?

I need a wireless Internet adapter for my pc. I currently have no access to a wired connection and I'm currently using a wireless 4G thingo. What is the best usb adapter without being bad cheap or expensive for the sake of expensive?

*If you're wondering I live in AUS and Internet is really bad and hella expensive here my rental has no connection so wired is not an option.
