Been having some strange issues with Chrome for a while now, seems like it might be related to hardware acceleration, but i have never had this problem before, when i have hardware acceleration off Youtube videos have a slight stutter or it atleast looks like the video isnt running smooth, if i enable hardware acceleration it seems to fix it, but now when i watch a Twitch stream that suffers from slowdowns and random stuttering.

Just wondering if anyone else have ever encountered this and what they might have done to fix it? Its kinda bugging me having to switch between Chrome and Firefox, or having to disable and enable hardware acceleration whenever i switch between either watching youtube or twitch.

I switched from using a NVIDIA (GTX 770) to AMD (R9 390) not that long ago and it seems to be ever since then, after searching around quite a bit i havent been able to find anyone mentioning the same problems tho.

I have tried all the usual things, updating drivers, updating programs, doing a complete reinstall of graphics drivers with DDU etc, i am still using Windows 7 x64.

Might be flash issue. Try updating it.

I have the newest flash player sadly, also the flash player in chrome updates on its own.
