Did you do a fresh install of Windows?

Your PC is attempting to boot with all the drivers related to your old hardware. Changing out the motherboard, CPU and RAM is a new PC as far as Windows is concerned. I'm willing to bet that your BSOD is related to that.

try a different windows iso or fresh install (maybe on a different hard drive) also it might be a compatibility issue
