Need a SSD that is...

Sata 3 (im assuming this is fast)

CHEAP (Please dont be more than 40$)

at or around 120gigs (more is better)

Dont care what brand it is, as long as reliable

im broke so das why its below 40

Slightly over (45$) but try this:

If you really needed to, I suppose you could, but why not just buy an SSD?

I think you might be able to, but I don't recommend it. IIRC it might be slower than an SSD (I think they use different types of flash memory) so there's that, and don't remove the drive whilst in use (or at all, really)

Just chiming in

A-Data has been reliable in the past for me

Dream-phone: USB type-c (3.1), 1440p, 5-inch, removable battery, 32gb RAMdrive, sd card slot, stock Android, transparent atomic purple build, 9050 mah battery, waterproof AF, nuclear powered, ac wifi is fine.
OR a one-of-a-kind iphone that runs Android.
