Aim

The best 5820k/x99 build possible for gaming at first, more later on, aesthetics are not important. I am looking for the best parts that are available to me at MicroCenter. I want a build that will suit me well for ~5 yrs, GPU being the exception, I can handle switching that out every year or two. I am doing a 5820k build, and Im aware some would say its overkill for gaming, but lets ignore that.

Monitor

Acer x34 Predator. The first 100hz g-synch 34" Ultra Wide Curved 1440p monitor. Don't plan on upgrading this until 4k is mainstream for gaming, so most likely 2 yrs minimum.

The Plan so far...

CPU: 5820k - $300

Motherboard: x99 Sabertooth/3.1 usb - $300

GPU: Gigabyte 980ti G1 Gaming - $700

PSU: 850w EVGA Supernova G2 - $130

Memory: 850evo Samsung 500gb SSD - $170

What I need help with...

CPU AIO Liquid Cooler:

Case:

DDR4 Memory:

Please any suggestions for what I have left!?

For a case, get the NZXT S340. It's slightly outdated but still is great bang for the buck. For AIO liquid cooler, do the Cooler Master Nepton 280L, and for the RAM do G.Skill's new Trident Z series. It can go up to 4000 Mhz on the new Skylake CPUs but is still amazing RAM.

PC Specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, Scythe Fuma 2, EVGA GTX 1070 FTW, 2x16GB G.Skill TridentZ Neo DDR4-3600, WD Black 500GB NVME SSD, 2TB WD Green HDD, ASUS ROG STRIX X570-I GAMING, SilverStone SX700-G, Cooler Master NR200P

Designed for Windows Vista

Thermaltake 3.0 extreme or one of the corsair/cooler master/nzxt dual fan rad all in ones is what I'd suggest for a cooler.  TT makes good fans and coolers, but their cases and psus are a hit and miss situation.

Maybe an r4 or r5 define for a case?

Um, ram is ram depends on what tasks really.

Im thinking the Define S for a case, any reason you would prefer the R5 over the Define S? What about case fans, should I buy more than what is included with the case? Do you have any preference in the Corsair AIO coolers? They have both the 100 and the 110i, hydro series, they both look like top tier, Im not sure if I need to spend a ton on the cooler though, so I have no idea what would be best to pick. Yeah, I will probably go for Corsair for Crucial, I believe they do bundle deals with those brands. If RAM is RAM, then just pick the lowest priced option? I was planning 4x4.
