Windows 10 - Worth upgrading now?

So, I use Windows 8.1 and have been for a year or so. I upgraded to 10 in the first week when it originally was released, but reverted back because it had quite a few bugs and just wasn't smooth.  It's been a couple month now, so, is it worth upgrading to Windows 10 now? Is it a lot more stable and smoother than it was?

I'm holding out for a while, or at least until dx12 games are released that I care about, most of the bugs seem to be fixed though. I'm windows 7 though

Not when graphics drivers didn't work on it, also why bother unless it has a feature you want

It's better than 8.1 and if you don't have any software that only runs on Win 7 there's no reason not to upgrade. Well unless you think Microsoft is watching you.

the only issue ive had since installing it when I hover over icons on the taskbar on 1 or 2 occations it wasnt showing me the thumbnail picture.

seems perfectly fine other then that.

i have been on it since the first beta in nov 2014

and never had any major problems.
