help disable cores

im running windows 10 and cant get fallout 3 to run i have a quad core and i think itll only use two cores how do i get game to work

You can try setting the affinity to make it only use two cores.

it will still run but you do it in your bios the issue is with win 10 drm I think

It should be in the BIOS

You could try core unparker which should help you if you are on AMD or laptop.

What happens when you launch Fallout 3? I've never played it so I don't know if you get a menu before entering the actual game(something like Skyrim).

yes then i hit play and nothing happens

You shouldn't need to disable cores .

But anyway you can do that in the bios.
