Upgrade help.

Need you guys' help with upgrading my outdated PC.

I was thinking of getting a 970 right now, and at a later date get a CPU and motherboard, like 6700k with comp. motherboard.

Any other suggestions?

  ATI Radeon HD 5770

Yep. Definetely get a better graphics card. Just make sure your PSU supports dual 6-Pin

600W, cant tell you the brand. The computer was once my brothers and since the PSU doesnt have any labels, Id say it isnt one of the best.

then that should be your first upgrade... you dont want to go dropping hundreds of bucks on upgrading your parts to have them get blown up from a shitty psu

 

get yourself a seasonic, evga gs or g2, antec high current gamer, one of those around 550 watts 

 

once you have that get a new gpu, i would recommend a 390 over a 970 unless you want nvidia features
