We get constant messages saying that we don't have administrative authority to do things on our computer even though the account is administrator, yesterday a mirror user account showed up out of the blue with the same name as our normal user account but with "_2" at the end. Downloaded iso. files that are there one day taking up X number of kilobytes is corrupt the next day and takes up 0 kilobytes. When trying to open power point it says that certain files were either changed or moved. We have a Dell Optiplex 740 that originally used Windows Vista Business OEM but now uses Windows 8.1 Pro on a Kingston V300 120GB SSD. Please help.
