Hi,

I have this cooler http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001883

and, one of the fans is making me mad. It makes sound [chirps] and I need to replace it. the specifications of fan are:

Dimension : 120 x120 x 25mm
Speed : 1200~2000RPM
Noise Level : 27.36dBA(Max)
Rated Voltage : 12V
Rated Current : 0.5A
Max. Air Flow : 81.32CFM
Connector : 4 Pin

So, I tried to search similar fan, but couldn't find much of them. The only similar I found this on newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835119127

but, it's little different, got 2200rpm and also air flow is different. So, my question is, if I buy that fan and install it, will it be okay? Or maybe I should buy 2 of those fans and replace cooler's standard fans? But how they gonna work with my cooler's pump? Or where can I find exact thermaltake fan for my cooler? Any suggestions?

Go with a different quieter better performing fan instead of getting something similar. 2200rpm on a 120mm fan is loud apparently 39 Dba loud which is like a jet engine beside you. Look into stuff like the all black Bitfenix Spectre Pro's for something cheap and effective or Noctua nf-f12 fans for max quietness and performance

okay, but question is: Will they work with that cooler? Maybe pump needs exactly specifications that it's standard fans have? Will it be safe to install different fans with different specifications?

They will work. Just make sure they are 120mm fans or atleast have 120mm mounting holes. All of the fans that I have suggestet are build to run on radiators so they will most likely be quieter and performe better than the stock fans

I don't know the colour scheme of your build, but all of those fans will work on your cooler

thx, for links. and one more question: What is recommended RPM for my cpu? Are 1500rpm fans good? I have i7 3770k and I plan to overclock to 4.2ghz...

Generally look for as low speed as possible, because they will produce less noise. Any of the fans that I linked will do you very good, but your overclock depends on the silicone lottery.
