What case is it? It's normal for poorly built cases. (usually thin metal used)

Storage: 250GB Samsung Evo, 3TB WD Black and Green FIRESTRIKE, Reason for dedicated PhysX Card.

Peripherals: Screen: 3x BenQ VZ2350 Mouse: Razer Naga Keyboard: Some Dell Thing Sound: Razer Tiamat, 5.1 Logitech Surround Speakers

So long it is manufactured reasonably well and the components all fit in without issue, then it will work just fine. Cheaper cases can be more prone to vibration/resonance noise and won't likely be as effective at cooling etc, but it's only a bad case for you if you need or want something better.
