Computer freezes and buzzes

Hello, so recently my computer have started freezing and buzzing. The picture on my monitor stutters and the buzzing sound is coming from my headphones.

These "attacks" occurs randomly, sometimes very frequently and sometimes more rarely. The attacks last for a couple of seconds and they are scary.

They occur mostly when I watch youtube I think, I notice them sometimes during gaming too.

I'm running a legit copy of W10 and my computer was bought this year.
