GPU Upgrade for AMD A8-6600k

Hello guys,

 

So my friend lives in UK and he is looking to get a new graphics card.

His motherboard is Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-HD2, his processor is AMD A8-6600k, he overclocked it from 3.9 to 4.09 hz too.

He currently has only integrated graphics card, which isn't enough for him as he is planning to have 150fps+ on CS:GO on a 144ghz monitor, 1080p.

 

I was doing some research and saw that one of the better choices for him would be R9 270x, but it requires min 500w Psu and he has some ROHS ATX 500W power supply.

I can't find any reviews of it and I think it's risky.

 

His budget is 150 pounds.

 

I was thinking of telling him to buy a new psu for around 60 pounds like this one:
