Stuttering in games

So guys,

 

Recently i noticed that my games sometime stutter, they aren't small stutters either. I first happened it when i loaded up the Battlefront Beta, it would randomly freeze up and the music would stutter along with it but only in the menus and loading screen, not in the actual game play. It never used to do this and didn't do it in any other game. However just now i loaded up CS:GO and it did it, however this time it did it in the game as well. The whole game freezes and stutters about making it unplayable. 

 

What is causing this, i have absolutely no idea, is it hardware or software?

BF Beta did that to a lot of people..

 

As for CS:GO

 

Uninstall GFX Drivers, Reboot,  Reinstall drivers again

You could have re-installed your drivers a few times by now....

 Update: Tried to reinstall drivers, kept crashing on reinstall, ntldr boot loader disappeared and now the hard drive is dead. Went well eh!
