Cinebench R15 Doesn't Open

I've tried installed, reinstalled, installed from other sources, mainly maxon.net, but nothing works. It is successful at downloading, but when I go to start the application to test my CPU, an FX 6300, an error message pops up telling me that the string resource is not found. It is missing or corrupted. Looking online people say that reinstalling it works, but it hasn't for me. This is the only program that I have trouble opening. Any suggestions?
