Define R4 problem

When I unscrewed the screws for the panels they were extremely hard to get out and kept going at really weird angles and getting stuck. After I got them out the front panel came off easily but I can't get the back panel off. I feel like if I use more force Im going to break it. It also looks like it might be on crooked and might be jammed. Any ideas on what I should do?

you probably are trying to unscrew them too far.  they are supposed to stay in the side panels but come out of the case frame.

 

there is also no rear panel, so it doesn't come off.
