Any keyboard will work fine for games. Others will disagree.

As long as youre not playing super competitive CSGO or LoL, or the like, youll be fine with whatever you choose.

When in doubt, re-format.

Although if the keyboard is too compact, it can be hard to use, or fly all over the place.

And you cant play a few games that require the numpad with small keyboards

I don't recommend a non wired keyboard (been there done that hated it) but as @pwn_intended said it really doesn't matter as long as all the keys work

I have never had the problem of my keyboard "fly all over the place" but I guess it can be a problem for some people. As for the numpad being required, again, this is not something I have ever had a problem with, but I guess we play different kinds of games. Skyrim, fallout and 'that kind of stuff' definitely don't require numpads, especially when playing casually.

The main thing for a kb is that it is comfortable for you to use. The differences in response time between wired and bluetooth are more or less imperceptible, especially when playing games that are not super twitchy FPS's online.

Also, having a wireless keyboard is SUUUPER convenient if you also use your pc for watching movies from the couch/bed so that you can actually control it without being next to it.

When in doubt, re-format.

The games that require a numpad are mostly dwarf fortress, flight simulators (For extra key combinations really), and for other games that have a shit load of buttons to map.

Also, GTA V heli controls are on numpad as default because of some reson, although you could also use mouse for this, but for people like me who have a low sensitivity, you can run out of mouse mat pretty quickly
