Please, if you need liquid cooling, get an H50 or H55.

 

why ?

Because an H100i is fucking overkill for an i5.

Hell, it's fucking overkill for a 5820K.

but if he has large radiator he can run the fans at low RPM, decreasing noise

the psu will be a SeaSonic M12II EVO 620 Bronze

motherboard might be overkill. spend it elsewhere like a bigger ssd.

skip the h100i, get an i7 or upgrade to a r9 390.

 

the difference in performance between a stock 4690k + r9 390 againts OCed 4690k +380 is big. you can always cool it later on with an air cooler or maybe go balls with a EK 240 kit.

unless ur playing strictly MMORPG and stuff that arent so demanding on the gpu, u would definitely want a better gpu.

something like this.. same price, more fps and ssd breathing room. still black n red xD
