Quick Dota 2 Music Help

So I wanted to find where all the music and sound files are, and found that I need GCFScape to open the pak01_dir.vpk file and I can extract from there. But the sound files there are in some format which I haven't seen before i.e. vsnd_c file format. How do I open those files after extracting? Anyone? Am I missing something? Please help...
