Powercolor r9 270 Turbo Duo

aSpoink

So, there's a guy on my local classifieds selling a Powercolor r9 270 Turbo Duo for $120, my main question is, if I were to buy this, would I be able to play games like Gta5, Rust, and H1Z1 on medium setting 30+ fps? Check my signature for current specs. Or would I be better off the get a brand new card?

You might be better off with a new card, but that card should be fine.

R9 380, but they're like $300 here QQ

Powercolor 270 brand new is $369 because Amazon, but the cheapest R9 270 is $223.

So you should go for the R9 270 if you can't wait/have enough for the R9 380.
