Help! nzxt grid+ not working properly.

Hey guys,

I recently bought the nzxt grid plus, and I went ahead plugged my fans into it and it worked, then I opened up the cam software and the nzxt grid+ wasn't there. Nothing, so I reinstalled cam, rebooted, I changed the header, the power cables, the location and every thing.

 

Someone please help!
