Seems good but you could go with a cheaper mobo, you dont really need the z97 if you arent overclocking your CPU

 

Also you can get Windows 10 from reddit much cheaper.

 

Then with all the savings buy yourself an SSD

You don't need a Z97 board and I'm not so sure about the GPU or PSU but thats just me

Looks fine. I see that you're getting a 4590. You don't need an overclocking capable board with that cpu or you can step up to the 4690k and take advantage of the ocing capabilities of the board.

The only reason i got a Z97 motherboard because it was $10 more than a mATX h97 and I did not want a mATX board.

seems solid, though id try and get a ssd, and a i think the sapphire nitro is about the same price and has 4gb of vram

You can use literally any LGA1150 board
