The HD 280's are amazing for the price, if you can swing a few extra bucks, http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-HD-598-Over-Ear-Headphones/dp/B0042A8CW2/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1444840885&sr=1-2&keywords=sennheiser are AMAZING. Like, totally, amazingly, worth more than 150 bucks.

 

That being said, they have no mic, but you can always use a desktop mic or one of those stick on ones to the headphones. If you are just trying to game, this may not be as convinient. But for pure sound quality, those two are some seriously good bargains.
