Peripherals reconnecting

When I do anything on iTunes with my iPhone (e.g. Retsoring), every peripheral gets reconnecting. This is so anoyying because my iPhone gets reconected aswell, which means I have to restore again and sometimes, I transfer my backup to another PC so I can do it there.

 

any ideas what is causing this?
