Are you talking about his video encoding? if so H.264, otherwise I have no idea

I don't think they have said what settings they use. I don't recommend you copy their settings though. If you want to encode something to h.264 then set the RF as low your storage can handle (lower = bigger files but better quality) and set the preset to as slow as you can handle (slower preset = smaller file and/or higher quality, but takes longer to process).
