Help with upgrading my pc

I have about 750$ to spend on my PC. I don't know what CPU + Motherboard to pick. Is it worth to buy the new cpu on 1151 socket? I will be using my PC more to montage, but it will be nice if in League of Legends i will get +20Fps
My hardware:
AMD Athlon II X4 640
ASRock 880GMH/USB3
VTX Radeon 5770 1GB
8GB Ram (I dont know name and memoryclock)/2x2GB+4GB DDR3
Noname 500 PSU
Zalman Z3 Plus
2 HDD 500GB


What is your opinion? Should i get something on 1150 or 1151?

what country r u from. Id recommend a cheap motherboard, lga 1150, i5 4590, a 750w psu, sell your 5770 and use the rest on a new gpu. im not sure about the prices in your country but i think u can get a pretty decent gpu. your ram and case and storage are fine, leave them be.

Im from Poland, for that 5770 i can get about 75$. For that i5 + B85 Motherboard from MSI + Thermaltake 730W PSU i fill pay about 550$ so i will have about 300$ for a new gpu
