Cable management outside PC case

Since Linus is posting videos about cable management outside pc case, case is usually on top of table or universally left below the table.

But the thing is I want it on sideways to right ( I have a wall on right) so that I can stretch my legs while watching TV shows and movies (can't watch them on HDTV in Indian atmosphere).

I tried it recently but it was just mess. So I want you to post links you like, ideas and do's and don'ts while tying cables together!
