PC won't boot

For some reason my pc won't boot but i don't get why.

I've tested my psu with a multimeter and it's working fine.

 

These are the parts i'm talking about:

Turns out that the m.2 i ordered is not compatible with my motherboard so i'm using an normal ssd at the moment. Also my memory is not on the Gigabyte compatibility list but the seller at pccasegear told me it should work just fine with this motherboard.

 

I noticed that the cpu bracket is using alot of force to keep the cpu down, does that have anything to do with it?

I've tried to use only one piece of RAM and the onboard video (hdmi connection).

The pc turns on (the fans are spinning and an LED is on) but i don't see anything on my monitor it stays black.

maybe a dead CPU the mobo doesn't''t seem like it would be dead in that case.

I'm not sure what is broken, the cpu or the mobo...

 

Reset the CMOS.

 

And just humor this suggestion: make sure your monitor is on the proper input channel if it doesn't auto switch.

 

Monitor is turned on, on the right input.

 

Have you tried booting with the internal intel graphics? Could be dead GPU.

 

I'm using the onboard graphics, and no gpu connected.

the mobo is giving sighs that it is working but the CPU could be dead. :(  :( :(

I think that is not. have you pressed the ram ok button? I know but it may be not running at a good timing.

Do you mean MemOK? That's just for Asus.

I can't find your mobo on PC partpicker but that would be the button if your mobo has it.

The button is not mentioned in the manual.

I can try to clear the CMOS and that's about it i guess.
