Okay so here is the deal:

Last Saturday I bought a wireless Xbox One controller for my PC at a Gaming Conference here in the Netherlands. When I got home I decided to look up some information about it, but every website said that the release date was set at 20th of October, so there was basically no information about it, other than rumors and stuff like that.

My question is: Could it be that I accidentally bought a product that isn't supposed to be sold yet?

It could also be that the US release date is set at a different date, but idk.

Here's the video I made about it, so you kinda get an idea of the thing I bought.:

Sorry in advance if this topic is unnecessary or if  I misunderstood any information.

Cheers,

Skillem

Cool :P Shame about it only working on windows 10 but that's been known for a while, I don't see why they would do it to be honest.

Im pretty sure Xbox One controllers are not out yet, I know the console is out, but i heard the controller is just a rumor, guess we all have to play on PS4 controllers :P Also, US dates are written with month/day/year compared to Europe which uses day/month/year, make sure you read the date right :P

I mean the wireless adapter, not the controller itself ofcourse xD

AND it is also quite possible that you purchased an item that was meant to be sold at that specific confrence, and then released to all consumers at a later date, like they do at all events.
