Recommendation for an average sized drone under 100$

I am currently trying to get into drones/ Quadcopters, Currently I am getting a Hubsan X4 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ILYIB6W?ref_=cm_cd_al_qh_dp_t which looks like it will do me quite good. I think for such a small little near toy of a drone it will give me and my youngest brother some entertainment. However, I wish to have something in the "Full-Sized" Drone category, a friend nearby mentioned "Viper" but I haven't gotten many hits for that on google/bing/yahoo. (Yes I checked all three). I want it to be decently powerful and last more than 50 minutes (Even If I need to buy extra batteries /and a charger , as long as it still totals for under 100$) I don't NEED a Camera, but it would be nice.

So in short I want a drone around 8in x 8in ( 203mm x 203mm) or larger, and it needs to be under 100. I would really like it to last for more than 50 Minutes of flight, even if I have to land it, and swap a battery (But Include batteries, extra parts and anything else like that in the budget.),

If providing an online store please stick to Amazon or something that is trustworthy (I use Web Of Trust).

You could build your own, just need a flight controller(Naze 32 or CC3D, I would lean towards something that uses OpenPilot Ground control software as it's really easy to use), a 250 frame, soldering iron, solder, 3.5mm bullet connectors , lipo battery (3S 2100MAh), balance charger (turnigy accucell 6), 4 ESC's(10Amp +, also get ones that are SimonK firmware too) , transmitter/receiver something like a turnigy i6 Zip ties, power distro board, some velcro strap for the battery, loctite glue for screws. Also about wanting to last more than 50 minutes is really not realistic... my personal one lasts about 6 minutes.

What electronics I can do, I'm not very good at it. I blew up my first computer, and my first drone. 50 Minutes total, swapping batteries is cool with me.
